Regular Deliveries 1. All truck deliveries are $48.00 per delivery. 2. Ask your local branch for delivery schedule. 3. Although our Ellis truck drivers are more than happy to help unload your material, help with large pad orders, wood underlayment and VCT will be greatly appreciated, especially if there is no forklift. 4. All dealers pay UPS charges. Jobsite Deliveries 1. All jobsite deliveries are $96.00 per delivery. 2. We require written directions to the jobsite. 3. We require the name of the contact person and phone number on the jobsite. Ellis truck drivers will call to confirm directions and to schedule an appointment for the delivery. 4. Depending on the size of your order, you may be required to have someone help unload the delivery. 5. Re-delivery charge is $75.00 if Ellis is not at fault (i.e., no one at the jobsite). 6. The picking ticket must be signed by someone that you authorize to be accountable for quantities. 7. Our Branch Manager has the right to refuse to make a jobsite delivery if they feel our trucks cannot make it into or out of the jobsite safely. Pad Drop Shipments or Common Carrier Deliveries These drivers are not Ellis employees; therefore, you must provide someone to unload the truck. Some freight lines are willing to help but some only require their drivers to get the material to the end of the truck. |
